The marketing manager


From the design to the operation of a network, the Marketing Manager works in all areas right the way across the transport chain.

In the design phase, he analyses the needs of a territory and its inhabitants and works with local authorities to put forward a tailored service. The Marketing Manager also helps develop new transport solutions, meeting the changing demands for mobility.

“Sales & Marketing for the Reims network actually groups together 4 departments. The General Research Department covers passenger travel studies and customer satisfaction surveys. Passenger Information department covers the information displayed at a stop or communicated to customers via hard copy or on-screen. The external/internal communication and commercial activities promote the network. The 4th department covers ticket sales via sales offices or ticket machines".
